    The Magnet Model - A Journey to Magnet Excellence
    This is a condensed web-based version of The Magnet Model - A Journey to Magnet Excellence™ workshop, offered as an on-line, narrated web course. Available 24/7. Institutional purchase.

    Peer Review
    Provides examples of effective, evidence-based peer review models and examines the outcomes relative to the reviewer's level and role within the nursing structure. Course participants identify the role of peer review in sustaining an environment that supports professional practice. During the course, participants evaluate barriers to peer review, design strategies to overcome barriers, and explore effective communication techniques. This course lasts approximately 2 hours, and enrolled participants are eligible to receive 2.23 CNE contact hours.
