The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) has successfully achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification for professional services rendered in the administration of the Magnet Recognition ProgramĀ® for excellence in healthcare organizations and the Accreditation Program for excellence in continuing nursing education.

To date, the Magnet Recognition Program® has undergone geometric growth.

Approximately 80% of those who submit an application follow through to submit written documentation for the first phase of the facility appraisal. Of those who submit written documentation about 80% progress to a site visit.

Approximately 6.3% of all health care organizations in the United States have achieved ANCC Magnet Recognition® status.
