The American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) is pleased to present a teleconference series to help prepare organizations interested in the Pathway to Excellence program. The teleconference series gives an overview of the evolution of the Pathway to Excellence program, goes into detail about each of the practice standards, and explains the application process. As the home of the Pathway to Excellence Program, ANCC has the most accurate and up-to-date information regarding this program.

Discuss the elements of nursing practice environments that are identified in the Pathway to Excellence standards
Discuss factors in the workplace that support nurses on their Pathway to Excellence
Develop a readiness plan that includes strategies to help create the Pathway to Excellence work environment

Four contact hours will be awarded to nurses who successfully complete this activity.
